Cancellations 7-14 days before reservation receive a full refund less 50% Admin. fee on charged amounts.

Cancellations less than 7 before reservation loose the deposited amount but are not charged full fee. Cancellation policy charges are at the Owners discretion.

Our lovely 3000 square foot renovated country barn dates back to the 1800s and sits on four private acres of land with plenty of trees, woods, gardens, and grass to provide you with a scenic and peaceful retreat. The Barn at Copake Lake is the perfect vacation home!

The Barn has been completely renovated, inside and out, with three full bedrooms and baths. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked  - including all stainless steel appliances, induction cook top, Bobby Flay cookware, microwave, custom concrete counter tops, an antique bar, and a locally made six foot round wood table .

The renovations to our 3000 square foot barn draw attention to its original wood and rustic details while incorporating modern comforts and conveniences. The Barn has been outfitted with central air, cable, a state-of-the-art alarm system, wi-fi, four flat screen tvs with internet and bluray, and more. There are three luxurious, country chic, fully furnished bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open floor plan, perfect for entertaining visiting friends and family, flows naturally from kitchen to living room with high exposed beam ceilings and Mitchell Gold furniture and inspired decor. The loft upstairs is set up with ping pong and foosball.

Surrounding The Barn is four acres of maples, oaks, and pines with an expansive lawn for bocce ball and a fire pit for evening cocktails and smores. Relax on the 1000 square foot porch or fall asleep in the gentle sway of a hammock with views of the water.

Also included are mountain bikes and use of a golf cart to get you to and from our historic golf course and restaurant.

"My husband and I spent a wonderful week in The Barn along with our adult daughter. This unique property provides an opportunity to rest, relax, and take advantage of the beautiful scenery and activities in neighboring towns. No stone was left unturned in designing and decorating this home and the owner, Jon, is always ready to provide you with any needs or wants. We also ate at The Greens several times and the food was delicious and the setting charming. We are hoping to return with the rest of our family in tow for another week. We barely scratched the surface in terms of day trips and museums, etc. Hudson is less than a half hour away, and Great Barrington and Lenox in the Berkshires are not much further. Farm fresh foods abound and just meandering the county roads(along with the culinary treats) is enough to satisfy one's soul.
